This is a very physically demanding test, and you need to be prepared. We strongly recommend that you attend one or more of the practice sessions to be held September 7th, 14th, and
21st, 2006 at the above location.
You need to be in good physical condition.
Be actively involved in a regular exercise program.
Be in excellent cardio shape.
Get a good night sleep the night before the test.
Have a positive attitude.
